10 Movies to Stream on Netflix this Christmas.
Happy Christmas Eve! I've said it once, I'll say it a million times - Christmas is my favorite time of year. While my family in Louisiana isn't really big into Christmas (weirdos!), my family in South Carolina used to do it big during this time of year. We did Secret Santa every year, we decorated multiple trees together, we sang Christmas songs together. One of my favorite Christmas traditions is when we used to open up all of our presents at midnight on Christmas. Of course, this was after we found out that Santa wasn't real.
Now that Jon and I are living together, I'm excited to create some new Christmas traditions, including watching Christmas movies! Jon hates Christmas movies, but I'm trying hard to convert him.
If you're looking for a few holiday movies to watch this Christmas, these are some awesome (and some are bit cheesy) Christmas movies that you can stream on Netflix today and tomorrow (or even when it's not Christmas anymore).

ReplyDeleteoh man, I remember catching bits of 12 Dates of Christmas on TV ages ago. It looked both terrible and like something I'd enjoy if I were in the right mood.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas movie is The Holiday. I totally forgot While You Were Sleeping takes place over Christmas! I wasn't all that bowled over when I watched it, but I may give it another go sometime this winter.
Christmas With the Kranks & Love Actually are two of my favorite Christmas movies! I definitely watched them as I was wrapping presents this season & I might have to revisit them both just one last time before we pack up the tree :)

To me, a good Christmas movie is one that is so awful that it's awesome haha. I love the predictability and cheesiness of Hallmark and ABC Family Christmas movies. The Holiday is my favorite Christmas movie too! Everything about it is perfect. I love While You Were Sleeping! Sandra Bullock is amazing.
ReplyDeleteMine too! Christmas with the Kranks is hilarious! That tanning salon scene..hahaha! So funny. And Love Actually is such a sweet love and Christmas story (or stories really), and I love it so much!
ReplyDeleteEven though Christmas is already over, I just watched Christmas with the Kranks! It's funny. :)
ReplyDeleteMe too! One of my favorite ABC Family movies was Everything You Want with Shiri Applebee!
ReplyDeleteI love Shiri Applebee! She's so adorable! I've never seen that though. I'll have to check it out!
ReplyDeleteYassssssss. I needed new movies to binge-watch on Netflix before heading back to school...this list is perfect.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed it, Victoria! There's never a bad time to watch Christmas movies; that's for sure!
ReplyDeleteOhh yess, Love Actually... will have to watch that tonight (or tomorrow)!
ReplyDeleteI've watched quite a few of these the last couple years especially the abc family ones. I'm always a sucker for cheesy Christmas movies (an occasionally just cheesy ones). I just watched Christmas Kiss and Holiday Engagement this year and loved them! I did watch a lot more than that and some that weren't that great. Haha
ReplyDeleteHaha no judgement here. That movie is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteI have a guilty pleasure for ABC Family movies. They're so adorable. I love all the cheesiness and how they're super predictable. They're still really cute though. Christmas Kiss was so adorable! I just watched it for the first time this year, and I loved it.
