1989 Lyrics That Pretty Much Define Life In Your 20's.

It's no secret that I'm absolutely obsessed with Taylor Swift. She helped me through so many tragic parts of my life, and she doesn't even know it. 1989 is one of the best albums she's ever made (even though all of them are freaking amazing) because all of the lyrics speak to me (which isn't a surprise, because they always do). 
Because Taylor and I are the same age, I feel like we're kind of in the same mindset for a lot of things, which is why I've always felt like her lyrics were so relevant. These are some of the lyrics that I think most people in their 20's can relate to. 
ON FRIENDSHIP
1 // "I miss you too much to be mad anymore" from I Wish You Would For the moments when you're pissed off at your best friend, but something amazing happens, and she's the only one you want to tell. 
2 // "Cause, baby, now we got bad blood / You know it used to be mad love / So take a look what you've done / Cause, baby, now we got bad blood / Now we got problems / And I don't think we can solve 'em / You made a really deep cut / So baby, now we got bad blood" from Bad Blood The entire song pretty much describes the ultimate betrayal between two friends. Some fences are impossible to mend, and the friendships that last in your 20's are the ones that will last a lifetime. 
3 // "Pictures in frames of kisses on cheeks" from How You Get the Girl Life in your twenties (particularly early twenties) is a life full of selfies, and a good girls' night out calls for some cute cheek kissing pics. 
4 // "We team up then switch sides like a record changer" from New Romantics Friendships come and go in your twenties depending on the circumstances. This line pretty much sums that up. 
5 // "You're my best friend" from You Are In Love Like I said before, the friends you make in your 20's are the friends you have forever (unless someone betrays you; if so, see "Bad Blood" lyrics.)

It could also mean that you started up a fling with a good lookin' guy, and everyone wishes they were you. Or it could mean that it's the morning after...
9 // "A wine-stained dress I can't wear anymore" from Clean Because when you're dancing with a drink in your hand, you will spill on yourself, and you will not be able to wear that dress anymore. 
10 // "Life was never worse but never better" from Wonderland Self-explanatory. Life as a 20-something is both amazing and awful. 

11 // "It's all fun and games till somebody loses their mind" from Wonderand
I can think of a few nights involving strong drinks where this line is so relevant. Everyone's having a good time until one person gets emotional and ruins all the fun.
