Even though I've had hardly any time for anything besides unpacking, there is one thing that I always have time for, and that's music! I'm always listening to music, whether I'm taking a shower, jammin' in the car or cleaning, I like to have music on to keep me motivated. Here's what's been getting me through these endless hours of unpacking.
ROAD BETWEEN - LUCY HALE
This song has been inspiring me so much lately. It describes exactly where I am in life right now - still trying to figure things out. I think a lot of 20-somethings can relate to this song. "Road Between" is my favorite song that I've heard by Lucy Hale so far, and the first day I heard it, it was on repeat for an embarrassing amount of time.
AIN'T IT FUN - PARAMORE
I've loved Paramore for so long, and I have been just been loving this song lately. It's full of sarcasm and wit, and I think a lot of recent college grads, myself included can relate to it. Plus, it's just really catchy.
LOVE IS AN OPEN DOOR - FROZEN
I've only seen the movie, Frozen, once, and I thought it was so adorable, but I didn't fall in love with it until I started listening to the soundtrack. This is my favorite song in the entire movie, and listening to it always makes me smile.
LET'S DANCE TO JOY DIVISION - THE WOMBATS
This song was suggested to me on Spotify, and I love listening to it. It's just upbeat.My favorite line: "Everything is going wrong, but we're so happy." That's pretty much the story of what my life has been like lately.
THE FIRE - SONS OF MIDNIGHT
I don't know why, but I just love blasting this song when I'm in the car and singing it at the top of my lungs. This was another song suggested to me by Spotify, and I've been listening to it a lot this past week.
