ReplyDeleteI like these tips. What I do to be happy when I'm so stressed out is that I watch comedies my favorite are Korean Movies or TV Series. I like to do something where I'll just sit. Reading nd painting helps too but it takes energy.

Attitudes are contagious, and being around people with a bad one will make you have a bad one too, and same with having a positive attitude!
ReplyDeleteYes! Doing anything where I don't have to do physical labor is great. I admire people who run when they're stressed, but I couldn't do that. Watching TV, painting, and reading are great stress relievers.
