Motivated Mondays: 5 Songs Guaranteed to Put a Smile on Your Face.

I can't believe the weekend is already over. I wish I could just crawl back into bed and cuddle with my dog. Except my dog isn't allowed in my bed, but that's not the point. Maybe we can cuddle on the couch...
Anyway, Mondays are known to put about 90% of the population in a slump, unless you're a server and your off days aren't on the weekends, but I digress. I'm definitely one of those people who needs a little motivation on Mondays, and music is one of my best motivators. These are some of my favorite songs to get me pumped, not just on Mondays, but pretty much every morning as of late.

L.O.V.E by THE GARDINER SISTERS The Gardiner Sisters are a recent YouTube obsession of mine. They are so sweet and fun, and I really think that we could totally be friends. Not to mention, they're all so talented. This is my favorite of their original songs. It's so cute. 

NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE by US I've been obsessed with this song for a long time, and every time I hear it, it instantly makes my heart smile. Side note: They sang this song together at their wedding, because when they were writing it together, they realized they were writing their vows, so the first time they performed it was on their wedding day. Can I get an "awwww?" Also check out, "Smile & Keep Your Head Up." I had that song on here originally but couldn't find a suitable YouTube video, so look it up on iTunes or Spotify!

LET ME IN by GROUPLOVE This song just has a such a unique tone, and I love it. A lot of the lines make me smile, and I think they'll do the same for you!

BEST DAY OF MY LIFE by AMERICAN AUTHORS Okay, this song has been out for awhile now, but everytime I hear it, it just makes me happy. If you start every day off with this song, the possibility of it being the best day of your life is just a teensy bit more likely, dontcha think?

WHY NOT by HILARY DUFF Okay okay okay. I know what you're thinking, but this song will always be amazing in my book. Plus, it has a really good message. I mean, why not take a crazy chance? Why not, huh? Exactly. (Also, after rewatching this video, I'm just now realizing that Hilary's wearing a brass knuckle necklace. Who knew she was so hardcore back then? Not me. I was just jealous that she got to kiss Aaron Carter.)
